Privacy Notice
Effective November 4, 2026
The Whole Compass is a brand of Gathered Technology Group Inc., a Delaware corporation in formation ("we", "us"). This notice covers thewholecompass.com.
What we collect. If you join the waitlist, we collect your email address and the date and time you agreed to hear from us about our launch. To keep bots out, our form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks signals from your browser and device. We measure site traffic with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not identify you. Our hosting provider processes your IP address to deliver the site.
How we use it. To tell you when The Whole Compass launches. We will not use your email address for anything else unless you agree to it first. To protect the site from abuse. To understand overall site traffic.
Who we share it with. Service providers that run the site and our email for us: Cloudflare, which hosts the site and stores the waitlist, and, once we start sending, an email service provider. They may use it only to provide their service to us. We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for advertising by others.
How long we keep it. Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. If The Whole Compass does not launch, we delete the waitlist.
Your choices. Every email has an unsubscribe link. To see, correct or delete your information, email [email protected]. We reply within 30 days.
Do Not Track. Our site does not track you across other sites, so it responds the same way whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.
Children. This site is not for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has signed up, email us and we will delete it.
Security. We use reasonable safeguards. No system is perfectly secure.
Where we are. We are based in the United States, and your information is stored in the United States.
Changes. If we change this notice, we update the effective date on this page. If a change affects how we use the email address you gave us, we will ask for your agreement before it applies.
